I, Jochen Barth, am analytical by nature and driven by a strong curiosity. My passion lies in understanding complex information and digging through until I have uncovered the core of an issue. As a self-proclaimed ‘Essentialist’, I strive to make a valuable contribution to Ami’s ambitious mission. Achieving big goals is not easy, but I believe it starts with understanding the essence of the challenges we face.
My approach consists of collecting both qualitative and quantitative data, and then converting it into so-called ‘conversation starters’. These are stimulating and well-considered insights that ensure that crucial topics are made discussable. I believe that when the most important issues are put on the table, real progress is possible.
My goal is to use my contribution to help people enter into dialogue, so that space is created for formulating interventions that help everyone move forward. Bringing together different perspectives is essential in this; By looking at a situation from multiple angles, we can move forward as a team. Ultimately, for me, it’s about creating an environment where ideas are exchanged, where discussion is encouraged, and where we work together on solutions that are valuable to everyone.
