Every day, I work with others to build proactive ‘cultures of care.’ Where ownership is encouraged and taken at all levels. Where people feel seen. Where learning holds a central place.And where safety is valued as a core principle. That’s what gets me out of bed every day.
Easier said than done. I love stepping in when it’s already been talked about but not yet put into action. I contribute with a sharp eye, sensitivity, a healthy dose of energy, and determination.
Preferably in environments where they’re already working hard to make significant contributions to the monumental (sustainability) ambitions that we in the Netherlands, and the rest of the world, are facing every day.
