As an Enlightener at Ami, I playfully and thoughtfully create a safe space for our clients to reflect and learn together. I enjoy connecting people and encouraging them to consider what actions need to be taken to become even more effective as a team.
What drives me is contributing to a safe environment where everyone can and is allowed to be themselves, allowing us to fully utilize each person’s superpower. I believe that bringing the right energy and taking small steps can lead to monumental changes within a team or organization. In this, I am eager to support today’s and tomorrow’s leaders with encouragement, inspiring stories, and humor. I stand with those who want their colleagues and subcontractors to feel at home and respected. These leaders care for their teams so that they return home safely and not only perform at their best at work but also enjoy their lives outside of work.
Together, we can ensure that “our people” feel cared for and looked after. We do all this while not shying away from the real conversations!
I believe that the best leaders can stay true to themselves, know themselves, and reflect on how their behavior affects others; thus, leadership is for everyone. Together, we can make a difference, and I’m eager to shed light on that adventure!
