As a Rigger at Ami, I make sure we are ready for departure by taking initiative and setting things in motion, but also by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere. I’m a curious go-getter who is always looking for what drives and fascinates people. I do this by engaging in conversations and getting to the core together.
With my background in competitive sports, I know what it takes to push boundaries and support each other in doing so. I love when individual performance contributes to the larger collective. I thrive when there’s room to do what’s needed, even if it deviates from the original plan. I’m excited to get out of bed for teams and organizations where I can make a concrete contribution to achieving monumental ambitions. This could be in areas like (safety) culture, collaboration, or organizational change. By understanding the question within the context, we work from a pragmatic plan toward the goal.
Key elements in my way of working are: energy, humor, practicality, and connection. Developing together and having fun is what I’m passionate about, and it’s how I enjoy doing my job.
