I enjoy connecting with people from a place of genuine interest and care. How can I best help teams and organizations improve collaboration and (organizational) culture? I have a strong sense of what’s going on and what’s needed to achieve the best results together.
I observe, analyze, and then bring a realistic, concrete perspective to the situation, where I say what I think and feel. Guiding tender teams, coaching projects, rolling out change processes in the areas of safety and care—there’s always a need for the right combination of the “hard” and the “soft.” Combining analysis, theories, and strategy on the one hand with underlying dynamics, involvement, and personal preferences on the other is how we make the difference. If I can contribute to fostering an understanding and open attitude towards each other in the process, I’m truly happy! That’s when I see a form of collaboration emerge that really makes a difference, and it’s always a joy to witness.
In a world where opinions are formed quickly and there’s little time to explore different perspectives or to reflect, I actively encourage taking the time for reflection. I love showing the value of slowing down in order to approach desired changes with greater wisdom.
