How do we connect people on shared ambitions for the future? And what do we have to do together to accelerate the envisioned transformations in the infrastructure sector? These are questions I like to pursue.
I translate what the future demands of us into concrete actions. I do this based on the awareness that our complex world not only requires smart technical solutions, but also matching sensitivity in behavior and interaction with the people around us to realize these solutions.
With a systemic view I look at teams, organizations and the sector. I believe everyone has their unique place to contribute to making a beautiful, healthy and sustainable society. I explore how teams can achieve their results while paying attention to each other. I do this with a head in the clouds, dreaming about what the world could look like, and feet firmly planted in the clay, so that shared dreams become tangible. Because by staying connected to each other, especially when the challenges are most pressing, we keep life fun and stay on course.
From an understanding of the content, I bring attention to the process and the people who move the process forwards. I am sensitive to the undercurrent and add a dose of curiosity and an invigorating creative force. Because dreams only truly become fun when you can reach them together!
