The concept is based on clearly defined values and behaviors that apply to everyone. Launched at all levels and in all parts of the organization and across all projects, NINA remained a permanent focus in subsequent years through daily NINA Moments, training courses, project kickoffs, and refreshers. From boardroom to operational staff, everyone has demonstrated commitment to upholding NINA standards. Every three years, new focal points are defined to further integrate safety within the organization. However, it especially involves being a long-term partner to Boskalis in order to promote a culture of safety across the organization. They helped establish and maintain the NINA movement, ensuring that this leads not only to traction but also to permanent growth and development. Based on a novel, modular approach, the NINA venture \u2013 developed in co-creation with Boskalis \u2013 is our most recent contribution. It combines learning from experience with tangible improvement measures. There are challenges we encounter along the way that require us to stay on the ball.
