The Lek Ensemble \u2013 comprised of Heijmans, GMB and DEME Environmental NL \u2013 is part of this alliance. The joint venture is involved in two dike engineering projects to be carried out over an 8-year period, paving the way for the application of innovations. This included defining such a culture and identifying what specific actions were needed, as well as putting a the culture front and center in the partnership plan. The team assessment, which was prepared with a winning culture in mind, marked the official start of the collaboration with all partners once the contract was awarded.
