Leadership at its core is – in my eyes – the capability to connect, and to develop and nurture strong relationships. I notice that many leaders and organizations are focused solely on what they want to achieve, without fully understanding the dynamics and relations in the undercurrent, let alone, putting those dynamics and relations to use.

In my approach I stimulate this skill in leadership, while also working on the content of the project or the desired development of the organization. Because of my experience as consultant and coach I offer a combination of sharp, confrontational insights, and supporting guidance. Always with the focus on using the available potential – of you as a leader, of your team, and of the organization as a whole. This way we make sure the project or change becomes a success.
