Wir stellten ein Team aus dem gesamten Unternehmen zusammen, sodass das vertragliche, rechtliche und betriebliche Wissen sowie Erfahrungen aus dem gesamten Unternehmen mobilisiert werden konnten. Als erste wirkungsvolle Ma\u00dfnahme befragten die Teammitglieder mehr als 100 Kolleg:innen in 16 Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen zu diesem Thema. Mit diesen Informationen wurden unter der Leitung von Ami eine Definition, eine Vision, Grunds\u00e4tze und ein Verhaltenskompass f\u00fcr \u201eVertragsbewusstsein\u201c formuliert und in allen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen und Abteilungen getestet.
