Das Konzept, das im gro\u00dfen Stil auf allen Ebenen und in allen Bereichen und Projekten des Unternehmens eingef\u00fchrt wurde, definiert klare Werte und Verhaltensweisen, die f\u00fcr alle gelten. Auch in den darauffolgenden Jahren wurde dem Thema weiterhin Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, u. a. durch t\u00e4gliche NINA-Momente, -Schulungen, -Projektstarts und -Auffrischungen. Dabei zeigen alle vom Management bis zur operativen Betriebsebene ihr Engagement. Zur weiteren Absicherung werden alle drei Jahre neue Schwerpunkte formuliert. In den letzten Jahren wurde ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Schwerpunkt auf \u201eSafety Leadership\u201c durch das Konzept von \u201edie Expedition\u201c gelegt: Mit dem Team konkret an Verbesserungen arbeiten und dabei lernen, den eigenen Einfluss zu erh\u00f6hen.
