Denn in jedem Team, das eine monumentale Ambition verwirklicht, springt der Funke \u00fcber und l\u00e4uft der Motor an. Investitionen in die Teamentwicklung sind nie ein Selbstzweck, sondern bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr die gemeinsame Verwirklichung dieser monumentalen Ambition. Bei Infrastrukturprojekten arbeite ich mit engagierten Fachleuten zusammen, die ein Auge f\u00fcr Inhalte und Vertr\u00e4ge haben. Ein Auge f\u00fcr die anderen und ihre Interessen zu haben, sodass wir verstehen, was die anderen wirklich bewegt, kommt hinzu und ist nicht immer selbstverst\u00e4ndlich.
